Our membership embraces individuals and organizations
engaged in the field of Case Management and are from diverse health and
social service sectors, which include practice, education, research,
quality improvement, and management positions.
The motto of NCMN is “connect, collaborate, and communicate.” These
words signify the mission to connect those who practice Case Management
with the individuals who benefit from Case Management – whether through
direct receipt of care provision as patients, clients, and their
families or through leading the collaboration of health care providers
in the interdisciplinary service of the whole community. One visionary
purpose of NCMN is to communicate the capabilities and competencies of
Case Managers to the many Canadian constituencies including health care
system, government, commerce, military, and the general public.
